This is the website of Robert J. Sanfilippo, DC, DACBSP, ART, SFMA, a chiropractic practice at 26 South Greeley Ave., 2nd Floor, Chappaqua, NY 10514. It exists to explain what the practice does and to make it easy to get in touch.

Using the site means you accept the terms on this page. If you do not, please use the phone number instead.

The pages describing conditions, techniques, and treatment are written for general education. They are not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for being examined by a qualified provider who can see you.

Do not delay seeking care, or disregard advice you have already been given, because of something you read here. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Reading these pages, sending a message through the contact form, or emailing, calling, or texting the office does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are seen in the office, complete intake, and are accepted for care.

Until then, no one here has evaluated you, and nothing said in a message should be treated as clinical guidance for your situation.

Messages sent through the contact form travel by ordinary email. Email is not a secure or confidential channel, and it is not covered by the protections that apply to your clinical record once you are a patient. Please keep what you send general and save the details for your visit.

Messages are read as promptly as a working practice allows, but no response time is promised. Do not use this form for anything urgent. Call the office, or call 911.

The information here is kept current in good faith, and the claims made about credentials and techniques are ones Dr. Rob has confirmed. Even so, clinical understanding changes and details go out of date. Nothing on this site is warranted to be complete or current, and it may be corrected or removed at any time without notice.

The text, design, photographs, and illustrations on this site belong to the practice or are used under licence, and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.

Active Release Techniques and ART are registered trademarks of Active Release Techniques, LLC, and are used here to describe a technique Dr. Rob is certified in and teaches. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim to own those marks.

Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not under the practice's control. A link is not an endorsement, and the practice is not responsible for what you find there or for how that site handles your information.
